Bristol Eastern girls volleyball keeps win streak against Central alive

That streak reached 54 straight when the Lancers defeated the Rams, 3-1, but the victory didn’t come easy. Central won the first set, 25-22, then pushed Eastern hard in the second and third sets, which the visiting team took, 25-23 and 25-22. The Lancers claimed the fourth set, 25-16, to win the match.

Hannah Webber led Eastern with 31 kills, 19 digs and four aces. Abby Jones tallied 45 assists and 17 digs while Alex Shorette added five kills and 10 digs for the Lancers.
