It was a great way for the Bristol Central softball seniors to go out in their final regular season game.
Playing on Senior Day at home against the rival Bristol Eastern Lancers, the Rams left no doubt who the top team in the CCC South Blue Division was. Central rolled to a 12-2 victory over Eastern and clinched the division title. The Rams honored seniors Sam Laviero, Allie Martel, Alexa Caron, Brittany Stancavage, Bethany Reek, McKenna Driscoll and Lindsay Holden before the game, then sent them out with a division title.
Central finished the regular season with a 15-5 record, including a 7-1 mark in the Blue Division. Eastern was their closest competition and went 5-3 in the division (9-11 overall).
