As in 19 points, 11 steals, 10 assists and six rebounds.
That’s what former Wilby standout and University of Montana graduate Walter Wright III had for Tanan Garid on March 30 in a 91-83 win. Yup, he almost had a quadruple-double. Instead, he had to “settle” for a very good triple-double.
The Mongolian Basketball Association posted a Top 10 highlights package on its Facebook page for March 30 games, and Wright was in three of them. The first two were strong takes to the basket against opposing players. The last one, and top play of the night, was an alley-oop from Wright to a teammate for a dunk.

Wright will participate in the MBA’s 19th all-star game festivities on April 10-11. He appeared in promotion photos on the league’s Facebook page for the event.
