Bristol Central wrestling went a perfect 5-0 on the way to a victory at the Joe Beler, Jr. Duals at Jonathan Law in Milford. The Rams beat Fairfield Prep and Stratford in their pool before taking down Farmington, Notre Dame-West Haven and Gilbert in the championship pool.
Bristol Central defeated Gilbert 37-35 in the championship dual to win the tournament. The Rams got to the championship dual by knocking off Farmington 62-17 and Notre Dame-West Haven 56-30. Bristol Central started the day in Pool D and beat Fairfield Prep 58-24 and Stratford 78-6.
The Rams improved to 9-2 in dual meets. Bristol Central takes on Berlin on Thursday at 6 p.m. at Berlin High School.
