St. Paul wrestling wound up with four placewinners and finished seventh as a team at Saturday’s Doc Meyers Brawl on the Hill at Rocky Hill High School.
Evan Kowalski finished in second place at 113 pounds to lead the Falcons, who scored 68 team points. Avon was the tournament winner with 261.5 points.
Joshua Silva (132), Eric Atkinson (152) and Benjamin Foligno (220) each claimed a fourth place finish for St. Paul. Silva, a sophomore, is the third brother to wrestle for the Falcon program. Older brothers Jose (Class of 2015) and Jordan (Class of 2017) also wrestled for St. Paul.
