Students at Crosby High School were in the presence of an NFL Hall of Famer on Monday.
Former player and coach and current ESPN NFL analyst Mike Ditka (Hall of Fame Class of 1988) made an appearance at the school on Monday, according to the school and athletics Twitter accounts.
A post on Crosby football’s Instagram said this about Ditka:
“We were blessed today to have the legendary Coach Mike Ditka come speak at our school today. Great experience, great guy, great message.”
Ditka gave a motivational speech to about 200 students at the school, according to the Waterbury Republican-American.
