Southern Connecticut State junior Michael Mallory (Holy Cross) once again received recognition from the Northeast-10 Conference for his efforts.
Mallory was named to the conference’s honor roll after three solid games last week. The honor was announced on SCSU’s website on Monday.
Mallory averaged 18.3 points, 7.3 assists, 4 rebounds and 2 steals per contest. His highs for the week were 29 points and 9 assists in a 84-74 win over Pace University on Saturday. Mallory was able to overcome his team-high 7 turnovers that game.
SCSU is 8-2 and ranked No. 9 in the latest Division II National Association of Basketball Coaches poll.
