In Bonicki’s latest game, a 10-6 Bakersfield win over the High Desert Yardbirds, he was 2-for-5 with a triple, two RBI and two runs scored. Bonicki started at second base and batted ninth for the Train Robbers. He started at shortstop and batted ninth against the Ruidoso Osos on July 3 and was 1-for-4 with a run scored.
Bakersfield is 25-18 entering Friday night’s game and leads the Pacific Division of the Pecos League.
