Otero’s 3-pointer gives Eastern comeback win in season-opening thriller

All four Bristol hoop games decided by five points or less

The Bristol Eastern boys basketball team needed a big comeback in the fourth quarter and got it to down Farmington, 56-54, in the season opener for both teams at BEHS.

The Lancers were down 16 points, but closed with a 24-6 run, according to Mike Letendre of The Bristol Edition. Eastern trailed by a point, 54-53, when it inbounded with under 20 seconds remaining. Dowling on Instagram. Go check it out!) Parent finished with 18 points while Otero had 15. Eastern outscored Farmington, 26-10, in the final quarter.
