The Bristol Blues erupted on offense in a 15-2 win over the Nashua Silver Knights on Tuesday night at Muzzy Field.
In the middle of the attack was former Bristol Central standout Mitch Guilmette. He went 2-for-4 with a RBI, three runs scored and two walks. It was Guilmette’s first game back in the lineup since June 18.
Bristol improved to 15-13 with the victory. The game featured three players from the Sports on CT-69 area. Besides Guilmette, Kyle Pileski (Bristol Central) and Kyle Bonicki (Chase Collegiate, Waterbury) played in the game. Pileski suited up for Bristol while Bonicki was in the lineup for Nashua. Pileski was 0-for-2 and Bonicki was 0-for-4.
