Lahey pitched early in the game. Pitchers only threw an inning to keep their pitch counts down. Marquis also got some time on the mound.
In the field, Marquis played right. Urbanski took up positions at second base and left field. Owsianko played third base and Torres caught several innings.
A 4 p.m. game today will feature incoming high school juniors. Among those slated to play are Bristol’s Cory Fradette, Waterbury’s Evan Laferriere and Wolcott’s Nick Longo.
