Crosby boys basketball picked up a 92-77 road win over Torrington on Friday night inside the Connie Donahue Gymnasium.
The Bulldogs were once again led by Jordan Booker, who tallied 29 points (5 3-pointers), according to stats posted on MaxPreps.com. Booker had plenty of help as Roary Jadusingh and Daquan Sinisterra tallied 20 points apiece. Crosby didn’t stop there, as both Jeremiah Kendall (12 points) and Daniel Jones (11) also hit double figures.
Kendall had 15 rebounds, Jones pulled down 14 and Jadusingh added seven.
Crosby (4-1) did struggle with turnovers, giving the ball up 16 times in the contest, but they came away with the win.
A showdown looms with No. 1 Sacred Heart on Friday at Alumni Hall, but Crosby needs to focus on two other games first. The first contest is Monday at home against St. Paul at 7, followed by another Wednesday at home against Holy Cross, also at 7.
