It’s hard to have a much better day than the one turned in on Monday by Kaynor Tech baseball player Gabe Beale.
Beale tossed a six-inning no-hitter with nine strikeouts for the Panthers in their 10-0 win over Platt Tech-Milford at Municipal Stadium. Beale also helped his own cause at the plate. He tallied two hits, two runs scored and two RBIs. Kaynor improved to 4-5 with the win and snapped a two-game losing streak.
Beale is a sophomore right-hander for the Panthers.
