
The Bristol Central and St. Paul wrestling teams each took part in a series of dual meets during the Avon Quads on Friday at Avon High School.
Each of the four teams — Avon and Rocky Hill were the other two squads — competed in three dual meets. The host Falcons were 3-0, the Rams wound up 2-1, the Terriers went 1-2, and the Falcons ended up 0-3.

Central and St. Paul matched up in one of those duals, which the Rams won 66-3 over the Falcons. Central also defeated Rocky Hill (53-21), but lost to Avon (44-22). Will Hamilton, Adam Ward, Kareem Hoe, Jason Feto and Jakob Salinas each went 3-0 on the day for the Rams.
Central improved to 18-6 on the season.
St. Paul lost to Central, Rocky Hill and Avon. Erik Atkinson (145 pounds) went 3-0 on the day for the Falcons. Evan Kowalski (113, pin in 1:05), Chris Warner (120, 19-14 decision), and Joshua Silva (132, pin in 1:51) won bouts against Rocky Hill.
