The Kennedy boys basketball team lost at Torrington on Thursday night and dropped to 7-12 on the season. The Eagles are still a win shy of the Division II state tournament.
Kennedy has one more chance left to qualify for the state tournament, and it comes on Saturday inside the Jack Taglia Gymnasium at Kennedy High School. The Eagles host Kaynor Tech on Saturday at 2:30 p.m., in a non-conference matchup.
