The St. Paul boys basketball team won a wild one Wednesday night on Maltby Street, 63-60 over Torrington.
The Falcons prevailed when Eli Kennedy drained a 3-pointer from the left corner at the buzzer. Here’s video of that trey, courtesy of St. Paul student Mike Dombrowski. The shot set off a wild celebration in the Falcons Nest, which you can see in Dombrowski’s video.
Austin Jones led St. Paul with 20 points. Mike Palmieri and Jackson Hines each hit for 14 points for the Falcons.
St. Paul is back over .500 at 6-5 with the victory. Torrington drops to 6-6.
