The Kaynor Tech indoor track and field team competed in a meet for the first time in program history on Saturday at the Floyd Little Athletic Center in New Haven.
The Panthers were there to take part in the 14th Annual Hillhouse Track & Field Invitational.
The following athletes won their individual heat during the invitational, according to Kaynor Tech’s athletics Twitter account:
Zyiera Brown, 300 meters
Terrell Patterson, 1000 meters
Dominique Dildy, 300 meters
Ryan Arnold, 300 meters
4×400 relay, team of Jordan Wilkins, Patterson, Arnold, Matt Runyon
Not a bad start for a program that just came into existence this year.
