The time has come for the Wolcott baseball team’s players and coaches to get their well-earned bling.
The Eagles will receive their Class M state championship rings at 6 o’clock Friday evening at Joe Monroe Field on the campus of Wolcott High School. The ring ceremony precedes the Wolcott-Crosby football game, which is slated for a 6:30 kickoff.
Wolcott won the Class M title on a walk-off home run by Ray Bartoli. It was the first baseball state championship for the Eagles.
