Hi there, and welcome to Sports on CT-69. I am Kevin Roberts, a former sports reporter who still has a love of covering sports. I may not go to games for a living anymore, but I still like to give local athletes their due. That’s what this blog is all about.
As is seen in the name, this blog will focus on sports from towns along Route 69 in Connecticut, mainly Bristol, Wolcott and Waterbury, though I may branch out to others in the area when I see fit.
If you are looking for something from a specific town, you can find it through the “Labels” feature of this blog. Each post will be labeled according to which town the story is about.

A little PSA: This is a side project for me. I have a full-time job, so I will be coming up with stuff for this blog when I have the time. I am passionate about it, but it doesn’t pay the bills.
I am also one person, so I will not be able to get out to everything, nor will I be able to see everybody.
